It provides on-demand services in more than 1,500 cities across 25 countries, enabling merchants to generate sales and customers to receive goods within minutes.Задачи:Manage end-to-end recruiting, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance;Develop a deep understanding of one talent market under the Leadership Scope to source the best candidates;Tailor sourcing strategies for each region using local networks, job boards, and other resources;Monitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and legal requirements for the relevant regions;Coach hiring managers on time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion, adapting to the managed regions;Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies for finding top talent;Use ATS reports, dashboards,
