This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of product strategy, technical platforms, and ecosystem impact—building the core services that allow Sage Intacct and its partners to innovate faster and deliver meaningful value to customers.

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to lead our Partner Journey domain. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our workflows that ensure partners get up and running quickly and successfully use Sage Intacct throughout their lifecycle. You’ll play a critical role in shaping first impressions and ongoing usage - making the experience seamless, scalable, and reliable while reducing time-to-value for partners and their clients.

You will work across the company with all aspects of product delivery as well as marketing, sales, support, and operations. As the product owner for your areas of leadership, you will coordinate product development teams and monitor progress throughout the development cycle, including pre-release product user activities, product launch, internal and external training, and marketing product launch. This role also provides significant opportunity for leadership via cross-team collaboration within the product management team and across the organization.

- Roadmap

- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for partner journey capabilities
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve efficiency
- Balance partner needs, technical constraints, and business goals

Partner Onboarding &
- Provisioning

- Design and optimize partner and client provisioning workflows
- Partner with Partner Success and Partners to streamline processes
- Reduce onboarding friction and accelerate time-to-first value

Execution &
- Delivery

- Collaborate with engineering and design (UX) teams to deliver high-quality product features
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize backlog based on impact, effort, and partner needs

Partner &
- Stakeholder Engagement

- Gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders
- Analyze metrics (e.g., time to onboard)
- Act as the voice of the partner in product decisions

Operational Excellence
- Define scalable onboarding processes
- Drive automation in workflows
- Ensure compliance with financial data standards and security best practices

Requirements
- 2+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in SaaS/Cloud or Fintech
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical or financial degree
- Strong understanding of partner onboarding and workflows
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
