Sol Rentals – Fuengirola, Málaga

Location: Paseo Marítimo Rey de España 124, Local 7, Fuengirola

Sol Rentals is a holiday-rental business based in Fuengirola, specialising in holiday accommodation, reservations and guest services. We are looking for an organised, reliable and customer-focused Booking Agent to join our team.

This is a varied role involving reservations, guest communication, property-owner liaison and the day-to-day coordination of holiday rentals. The adecuado candidate will be confident dealing with people, comfortable using computers and able to work independently in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reservations through Airbnb, Booking.com and direct bookings

Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries

Coordinate check-ins and check-outs

Manage booking calendars, availability and pricing

Communicate with property owners regarding bookings and property requirements

Deal with cancellations, amendments and other booking changes

Coordinate with guests, owners, cleaners and maintenance teams

Resolve guest queries and assist with issues during their stay

Provide professional customer service in English and Spanish

Keep booking and property information accurate and up to date

Provide weekend or after-hours guest support when necessary

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

professional and confident when dealing with guests and property owners

Highly organised with good attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility A good communicator with a helpful, can-do attitude

Confident using computers and online booking systems

Fluent or highly proficient in English and Spanish

Able to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time

Calm and professional when dealing with problems or unexpected situations

Flexible and willing to provide occasional weekend or after-hours guest support when required A driving licence would be an advantage.

What We Offer

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their experience within the holiday-rental and property-management industry.

You will be part of a hands-on team where communication, organisation and excellent customer service are essential.

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–16:00, with occasional weekend or after-hours support when required.
