Brand Marketing Intern

Location: Barcelona (On-site)

Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

At Carner Barcelona, we create fragrances inspired by the Mediterranean soul and lifestyle. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Intern to support both our Brand Management and Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty and fragrance industry while working in an international environment.

What you'll do

Brand Management

- Support the Brand Manager with day-to-day marketing activities.
- Assist in the coordination of product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Help prepare presentations and marketing materials.
- Coordinate the shipment of samples, POS materials and marketing assets.
- Assist with product and packaging updates.
- Keep marketing documents and product information up to date.

Commercial & Distribution

- Support communication with international distributors.
- Follow up marketing initiatives and requests from our partners.
- Support the coordination of commercial projects.
- Perform market and competitor research when required.

Influencer Marketing

- Influencer Research: Identify and select influencers aligned with the brand’s values and campaigns.
- Personalized Outreach:



Draft custom messages for influencers, adapting communication to each collaboration or campaign.
- Order Preparation & Shipment Tracking: Assist in organizing and preparing influencer product shipments, ensuring correct and timely delivery.
- Database Management: Maintain an updated database of influencers, including contact details and key metrics.
- Content Archiving: Collect and organize influencer-generated content in structured reports.

What we're looking for

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
- Experience using Canva & Microsoft Office for basic marketing and presentation design / report.
- Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools.
