A well-established consumer business based in the Barcelona area is entering an exciting new phase in its journey, offering the opportunity to help shape and strengthen the Finance function while partnering closely with senior leadership and the wider business. What youll be doing Act as a key financial partner to senior leadership, bringing insight and financial perspective into business decisions. Develop and continuously improve management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

Build meaningful KPIs and performance analysis across different areas of the business. Partner closely with Commercial, Operations and other teams to understand performance, identify opportunities and support decision-making. Drive improvements in financial processes, systems,



controls and automation.

Own cash flow, treasury and working capital planning. Lead the Finance function, ensuring robust accounting, closing, compliance and reporting processes. Help build a scalable Finance function capable of supporting the companys next stage.

What were looking for Strong experience across Finance, ideally combining FP&A; / Controlling with a solid understanding of Accounting.

Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders outside Finance. Professional fluency in English.
