Role Description The Content Creator – Fragrance will develop and produce compelling digital content that showcases Slate Brands’ fragrance products across social media, web, and other marketing channels. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and planning content concepts, writing and editing copy, creating short-form video and visual assets, and collaborating with marketing and brand teams to align content with campaign objectives.

The role also involves staying current with fragrance and beauty trends, adapting content for different platforms, and engaging with audiences through comments and messages when needed. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Madrid,



with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility to support content creation, meetings, and production needs.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, storytelling, and basic visual or video production for fragrance and beauty-focused content.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and adapting content formats for different audiences and channels.
- Ability to translate brand and product positioning into clear, engaging content that supports marketing and growth objectives.
- Knowledge of fragrance trends, beauty industry dynamics, and consumer behavior, with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a part-time schedule.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Madrid, collaborating in person and remotely with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in content creation for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is preferred; proficiency in Spanish and English is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory if experience is strong.
