Educato is a YC-backed AI exam-prep company helping students study more effectively through personalized learning plans, practice questions, mock exams, and AI tutoring. We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We’re looking for someone to join our team and help us grow our UGC program in Spain.

About The Role

- Manage our UGC campaign in Spain
- Find and recruit UGC creators
- Work closely with our integral GTM team who will teach you everything you need to know about the campaign

What you’ll do
- Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
- Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns.
- Review content and give fast, clear feedback.
- Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.

You’re a great fit if
- You are a native Spanish speaker with good English skills
- You’re organized and communicate well
- You get things done and are a fast learner
- Experience matters less than execution
