In this role, you will help clients transform procurement and operations, leveraging digital and analytics to create competitive advantage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within BCG and with client organizations to solve complex sourcing and procurement challenges. You’ll apply hypothesis-led problem solving and strategic thinking to drive value and organizational impact.

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting or industry (preferred)
- Expertise or strong interest in procurement topics (transformation, value creation, xugodme innovation)
- Strong consulting skill set with willingness to learn, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with excellent work ethic
- Collaborative with the ability to build trust with clients
- Strong educational background; MBA a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
