We're partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies to hire a German-speaking Account Executive to help build and accelerate its presence in the DACH market , from Barcelona.

Germany is a relatively new market for the business, which means there is a lot to build, shape and win .

You'll have the opportunity to take real ownership of your territory, develop your own go-to-market approach, open strategic accounts and build relationships with senior decision-makers — rather than simply working an established book of business.

The product already has strong market traction across Europe, with thousands of companies using it today. Now, the focus is on bringing that success to the German market.

? Your mission:

Build the German-speaking market from the ground up.

You'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and creating new opportunities through to negotiation and closing.

This is a genuine hunter role for someone who enjoys creating pipeline, opening doors and turning a greenfield territory into a successful market.

? What you'll be doing:

- Build a high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and account development.
- Identify and engage senior Finance and business decision-makers.
- Develop relationships with strategic accounts and uncover complex business needs.
- Lead consultative sales conversations and tailored product demonstrations.
- Own complex sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
- Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and Customer Success to maximise opportunities.
- Develop and execute your own approach to growing the German market.




- Maintain accurate CRM data and consistently deliver against ambitious sales targets.

✅ What we're looking for:
- Experience as an Account Executive, SDR or BDR within a B2B SaaS environment.
- A strong track record or genuine appetite for new business and outbound sales .
- Native or fluent German and professional English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A proactive, resilient and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Someone who enjoys autonomy and is motivated by the opportunity to build rather than inherit .
- Organised, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
