Your Mission

We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator who will play a key role in reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies. This position is adecuado for individuals passionate about digital spaces, online integrity, and user safety.

Key Responsibilities

Review user-generated content to verify alignment with platform guidelines

Detect, assess,



and manage inappropriate or harmful materials

Work closely with moderation and policy teams to strengthen platform integrity

Contribute to the improvement of moderation strategies and user safety protocols

Document and elevate edge cases as necessary

What We Are Looking For

C2 level in German and strong English communication skills

Passion for social media and digital communities

Proactive, goal-oriented, and team-spirited

Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centres is a plus

Completed secondary education or higher (mandatory)

Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (morning or afternoon shifts)
