The Learning Experience

Planning and Facilitating Learning Experiences: Liaise with relevant partners to plan and organize learning experience implementation using various methods, including in‑person sessions, virtual classrooms, role‑playing, and blended learning approaches. Plan and facilitate monthly brand immersion sessions for new employees in Spain / Portugal region. Plan and facilitate product knowledge training incorporating storytelling.

Plan and facilitate learning experiences for career development and managerial skills. Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is essential Previous experience in sales training, service in a luxury retail environment, or prior experience working in luxury retail Strong planning and organizational skills Agile approach, positive attitude, self‑motivation
