IT Project Manager – Fixed-term contract – Medtech

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Contract: Full-time, 2-year contract

Travel: 10–15% (France, Switzerland, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand)

The Role

Our client, an international Medtech organization , is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international IT rollout and implementation projects.

You will manage projects end-to-end , from planning through go-live and hypercare , coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and local organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead international IT rollout and implementation projects

Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables

Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners

Lead project meetings, steering committees, and progress reviews

Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare

Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and local requirements

Ensure alignment with global IT standards

Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management

Support communication, training, and change management

Ensure a smooth transition to IT operations

Your Profile

Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, or related field





Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience

Experience with IT implementations, rollouts, transformation, or international projects

Strong planning and stakeholder management skills

Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset

Excellent English and Spanish

Willingness to travel 10–15%

PMP/PRINCE2 or other PM certification is a plus, ITIL knowledge is an advantage
