As Area Manager, you drive safe, high-quality operations at your site while leading a team to meet customer demand. You’ll oversee safety culture, process improvements, and productivity initiatives across shifts. You’ll analyse performance data, implement actions to raise operational excellence, and standardise shift practices with senior colleagues. This role offers a hands-on, impact-driven path in Amazon’s fast-paced CF network, with opportunities to shape how we fulfill millions of orders.

Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree, or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in people management
• Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
• Experience with distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
