Lead Marine Technician | Barcelona or Palma de Mallorca, Spain

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Marine Technician to join a busy Service team based in Barcelona or Palma, supporting and maintaining luxury sailing yachts up to 30m.

The role covers a broad range of marine engineering work, including:
Steering, propulsion, mechanical and plumbing systems
Replacing bearings (rudder, thrust and cutlass)
Marine diesel engine servicing and refits
Propeller shafts, bearings, seals and associated components
Seacocks, pumps and onboard plumbing systems
Technical reporting and customer communication

We’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience in marine engineering - ideally mechanical and hydraulics
Strong technical and problem-solving skills




Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Fabrication, machining or GRP experience is desirable
Full driving licence and EU work permit
