We are looking for a
Project Director/Project Manager professional
to lead part or full major
EPC LSTK Petrochemical projects/LNG or Power Projects ,
based in our Head Office in Madrid
(Engineering phase) but with a
necesary long term assigment on Site . Time of assigment depends of the situation of each project under execution. Main Responsibilities Act as the
Contractor’s main representative
and overall responsible for the project toward the Client and the Company. Lead and manage the project execution to ensure
cost, schedule, quality, and HSE objectives
are achieved. Serve as the primary contact with the Client, authorities, partners, and key stakeholders. Lead and coordinate
multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
on office an on Site. Oversee project planning, execution, procurement, subcontracting, and construction activities. Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and schedule, implementing corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with
QA/QC and HSE standards . Manage contract variations, change orders, and project reporting. Lead the
technical and financial close-out
of the project. Requirements 15+ years of professional experience
in project execution. Minimum
5 years in EPC LSTK Petrochemical/LNG or Power Projects. Experience working for
EPC Main Contractors . BSc in Industrial Engineering
or equivalent. Strong leadership skills and experience in site-based roles and big engineering teams. Availability
for a long-term assignment at a
remote sites (mainly Assia&Middle; East)
