Support the definition of plant layouts, production flows, and manufacturing concepts. Provide technical support during equipment commissioning, process validation, and production ramp-up. Recommend design improvements to enhance production efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Identify and mitigate industrialisation risks during the early stages of product development. Coordinate with equipment suppliers and automation integrators throughout project execution. Provide technical support during equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and validation.

Review and validate technical solutions from both manufacturing and quality perspectives. Quality, Process & Continuous Improvement Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable quality standards, including IATF 16949 or equivalent. Support the implementation of quality control, traceability, and process monitoring systems.

Contribute to the definition of control plans, process validation, and production readiness activities. 5+ years of experience as a Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or in a similar role within an industrial manufacturing environment. ~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic,



Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline. ~ Strong knowledge of assembly, welding, and end‑of‑line (EOL) testing processes. ~ Experience specifying and implementing industrial automation systems and production equipment. ~ Solid understanding of industrial quality systems, process validation, and manufacturing in regulated environments. ~ Knowledge of IATF 16949 quality standards (preferred) and ISO 9001. ~ Red Level certification (High‑voltage battery handling and electrical safety training).
