NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group. The purpose of the position is to design and implement the business processes and services related to claims management with an E2E perspective, applying innovation, creativity, cost efficiency and risk control criteria to provide the best UX and meet the needs of the main stakeholders (partners, distributors, BUs, customers and internal departments).

Design, document, develop, maintain, improve, and configure all finance processes and business rules with a multi-country usability perspective. including SLAs, KRI definitions and monitoring. Bachelor’s degree, Master of Science, completed studies in business administration or IT. ~ Experience in business processes configuration. ~ Database knowledge (SQL/PL SQL Oracle).



~Good written and verbal communication skills (English). ~ Hybrid/remote model. Allowance and telework allowance.
