As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. This position combines operational purchasing activities with supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to the company's success in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient supply of materials and products while building and maintaining strong relationships with our global supplier network.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end purchasing process, including purchase order creation, follow-up, and supplier communication.
- Negotiating prices, lead times, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new suppliers to ensure competitiveness, quality, and supply continuity.
- Monitoring supplier performance and conducting periodic supplier evaluations.
- Coordinating import and international logistics activities, including hazardous goods shipments.
- Ensuring supplier compliance with company specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate supplier and product information within internal systems.
- Supporting inventory availability and supply chain planning activities.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply optimization.

What We Are Looking For

Education

We welcome candidates with studies or academic backgrounds related to Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade,



Business Administration, Chemistry or similar fields.

Experience

- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or supplier management.
- Experience working in an international business environment.
- Previous experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Skills

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Experience managing supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of international logistics and import/export operations.
- Understanding of supplier quality and compliance processes.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Languages

- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Additional languages will be considered a plus.

Other requirements A valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle will be considered an advantage, as they facilitate access to our facilities.
