About The Role The Regional Mechanical Design Manager owns mechanical design across the Volta fleet. Working within the design and engineering function, you will hold the mechanical reference designs – cooling above all – govern how they are applied on every project, and assure the decisions that keep Voltas capacity coolable at scale. You will keep Voltas cooling and mechanical designs standard, buildable and ready for liquid-cooled NVIDIA Vera deployments, so every project inherits the fleets best answer rather than inventing its own.

What You Will Be Doing





Own the mechanical reference designs used across all Volta projects Govern application of standard designs on each project and manage deviations with discipline Assure project mechanical design across heat rejection, chilled water and liquid cooling systems Review consultant and contractor mechanical deliverables against fleet standards Support cooling architecture decisions for liquid-cooled, high-density NVIDIA Vera deployments Feed commissioning and operational lessons back into the reference designs Coach project design leads on mechanical standards and practice What You Bring Data center mechanical design experience is essential A record governing design standards across multiple projects or a fleet Experience reviewing and assuring consultant and contractor design work Comfort working across European and US projects and time zones As a general team, we do our best to provide great benefits wherever youre based.
