Your role

Drive the profitability and sustainability of the French market through the consolidation and growth of the client portfolio, strengthening our market position, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will be responsaible for:

- Analysing and developing, where applicable, the industrial tube market.

- Managing, negotiating, and expanding the subsidiary's client portfolio.

- Detecting new business opportunities.

- Controlling and monitoring the sales performance of the assigned portfolio and the achievement of established objectives.

- Identifying portfolio deviations and taking corrective actions.

- Achieving annual sales and budget targets.

- Leading customer-focused projects.





- Complying with the processes established by the company.

Requirements

What do we look for?

You will excel at this role if you meet the following requirements:

- Higher education.
- Languages: Advanced level of French; knowledge of English will be considered an asset.
- High availability to travel.
- Experience working and building relationships with people from different cultures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proactive, self-motivated professional with focus, determination, and a positive attitude.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
- Good knowledge of computer and digital tools.
- Results-oriented with high professional standards.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer satisfaction principles and best practices.
