Responsible for defining the technical and functional vision of the solution, with a strong focus on SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY) , and translating it into clear standards and procedures. Ensures the success of implementations and improvement projects, particularly in complex environments, with specific responsibility for payroll configuration, compliance, and delivery .

Participates across all project phases, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post–go-live support. Acts as a key reference for SAP HCM Payroll , both internally and externally. Manage SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY) solution design and configuration Resolve complex issues across payroll schemas, PCRs,



and integrations Ensure compliance with Italian payroll regulations and legal requirements Support testing cycles, including payroll validation and reconciliation Drive performance and efficiency of payroll processes Act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM Payroll Mentor junior consultants on payroll topics and delivery Oversee delivery quality across payroll projects and support Identify opportunities to expand payroll services Contribute to successful and profitable project delivery Experience in SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY) Solid understanding of payroll integration and Time Managment (TM, FI, PT) Fluent English and Italian Strong planning and organisational skills Care About Our Work and Our People – We understand that what we do impacts millions, and we have a responsibility to get it right.
