About the role Join us as a Business Design & AI Transformation Consultant to help our clients rethink and evolve their business models through the combination of strategy, design, data, and emerging technologies. You will play a key role connecting business ambition with execution, shaping innovative solutions that transform how organizations operate, make decisions, and create value, particularly in Retail & Consumer Goods. This role combines strategic thinking, business design, and AI-driven transformation to drive meaningful and sustainable impact. Your role Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver high-impact transformation initiatives, combining business insight, strategic design, data, technology and AI. You will contribute across the full lifecycle: from understanding business challenges and defining value opportunities to co-designing solutions and supporting their implementation, helping clients of Consumer Goods and Retail industries move from ideas to tangible results. Key Responsibilities:Lead or contribute to strategic transformation initiatives focused on growth, efficiency and customer experience, particularly in Retail & Consumer Goods. Participate in end-to-end digital transformation programs,
