Senior Brand Communications & PR Manager

We're partnering with an independent luxury watch and fine jewellery house in Palma de Mallorca , entering its next stage of international growth.

We're looking for a senior communications and PR professional who can become a genuine voice and ambassador for the brand.

This is not a traditional corporate communications role. You'll work closely with the founder in a small, entrepreneurial environment, with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape how the brand is perceived internationally.

What you'll own

✔ PR & international visibility : building direct relationships with journalists, editors and relevant media, while coordinating external PR agencies

✔ Brand voice & storytelling : shaping compelling narratives around the brand, its products, craftsmanship and vision

✔ Press relations : confidently representing the brand directly with international media

✔ Content & social media : owning the editorial direction across Instagram, LinkedIn and future channels, developing content calendars and campaigns, identifying relevant stories and formats, and remaining hands-on in content creation when needed

✔ Community & brand advocacy : developing meaningful relationships with clients, followers and brand advocates





✔ Events & activations : supporting and bringing high-end brand experiences to life

Who we're looking for

- A senior communications / PR profile with a strong track record in luxury, premium, fashion, jewellery, watches, design or high-end lifestyle
- Proven experience dealing directly with press and media , not only coordinating PR agencies
- Strong understanding of social media, content strategy and digital storytelling

, with the ability to translate luxury brand positioning into compelling content across channels

- Strong editorial judgement and excellent written and spoken English
- A genuine understanding of
luxury brand codes, storytelling and positioning
- Strategic enough to shape the communications direction, but still comfortable operating hands-on in a growing business
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous and comfortable working directly with a founder

- Already based in Mallorca or genuinely prepared to relocate to Palma
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Palma and is not a remote position
