As Senior People Business

Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to Corporate leaders, supporting them in building the organizational capabilities needed to deliver business objectives and shape the future of our company. You will contribute to strategic people discussions, support transformation initiatives and work closely with People Centres of Expertise and Country People teams to ensure integral consistency while respecting local realities. Partner with senior leaders across Corporate Functions to align people priorities with business objectives.

Advise on organizational design, workforce planning,



leadership effectiveness and business transformation. Lead and support talent reviews, succession planning and development discussions. Support performance, reward and employee relations processes with consistency and business focus.

Contribute to cross-functional People projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including solid experience as an HR Business Partner. ~ Experience partnering with senior leaders in multinational and matrix organizations. ~ Strong background in organizational design, talent management, workforce planning and leadership development. ~ Business acumen, strategic thinking and ability to influence decision-making. ~
