- Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters for all levels of staff.
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions within the business services industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
