In this role you drive growth for Low Voltage IEC motors in the North Spain market, working with a cross-functional team to grow orders, revenue, and market share. You will identify new sales opportunities and manage customer communications, ensuring value delivery and alignment with ABB’s strategy. You thrive in a dynamic, hybrid setting and contribute to a sustainable, customer-focused sales culture. This is an opportunity to shape market development in a global engineering leader.

• Manage administrative steps in sales processes and assist cash collection and project management as needed

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Electrical,



Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or similar academic background
• Around 3 years of sales experience in technical/industrial settings
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Sales 7 Habits, customer intimacy, and industrial markets (COG, Pulp and Paper, Water, HVAC)
• Clear Hunter profile: proactive prospecting, identifying decision makers, building pipeline, challenging status quo
• Passion for communication, leadership, problem-solving, empathy and strategic thinking
• Proficient in Spanish and English
• Valid driving license (B1) in Spain
