Authentica is an India-based, mission-driven experiential learning and integral education company specializing in study abroad programs, global internships, executive education and professional development. We design high-impact academic and experiential programs that connect university learning with real-world contexts while advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and strengthening students’ career readiness.

We work with 45+ university partners across the US, Canada and Australia and operate programs across 35+ countries. Since 2010, we have delivered 250+ programs in 35+ countries, working with leading institutions including Stanford, Dartmouth, NYU and other prominent universities.

About the opportunity:

As our Spain portfolio continues to grow, Authentica is building its partners’ network in Spain to strengthen our ability to design and execute high-quality, academically grounded international programs for our partner institutions. We are looking for locally based independent consultants, professionals or organizations who have strong networks across academia, industry, institutions and/or cultural ecosystems in Spain and can help us create meaningful local connections for our experiential learning programs. This partnership will play a crucial role in strengthening Authentica’s local ecosystem in Spain and enabling us to develop deeper, more meaningful experiences for our university partners and students.

What you would do

· Identify and connect Authentica with relevant universities, academics, companies, industry experts, institutions, NGOs and cultural organizations.

· Identify and facilitate guest lectures, expert conversations, company/institutional visits, workshops, research engagements and other experiential opportunities.

· Work from an academic program brief or learning objective and identify relevant local people and organizations.

· Provide local insight on stakeholders, feasibility, cultural context and appropriate ways of engagement.





· Facilitate introductions and support relationships with local stakeholders.

· Support coordination of confirmed engagements where required.

Who we're looking for

This partnership is designed for experienced, well-connected professionals. Relevant profiles might include independent consultants, current or former international education professionals, university or industry professionals, business-network connectors, sector specialists, or organizations with strong local networks.

We are particularly interested in partners who offer:

· Strong, demonstrable local networks in your country.

· Existing relationships with universities and/or companies, institutions, experts or sector organizations.

· Experience working with international universities, student groups, faculty, delegations, executive education or similar programs.

· Strong understanding of the local academic, professional and cultural ecosystem.

· Ability to understand learning objectives and translate them into meaningful local engagements.

· Strong communication in Spanish and English.

· Interest in project-based/contractual collaboration.

What this is not

This is not primarily a tourism, logistics or student-recruitment opportunity. We are looking for partners whose value lies in their relationships, local knowledge and ability to create meaningful academic and professional access.

Partnership model

This would be a project-based/contractual partnership, with scope and commercial terms determined based on the nature of the engagement and program requirements.

Renumeration

Remuneration will be determined based on the number of programs supported, scope of involvement and value contributed, with cumulative engagement typically ranging from €4000– €15000 per year. The range is indicative, and the final contract value will be determined based on the overall partnership scope.
