This role focuses on the full lifecycle of Application Managed Services, including Application Maintenance (AM), Application Development (AD), application support, application enhancements, modernization initiatives, and continuous service improvement.Together We Do What MattersAs a Managed Services Solution Architect, you will play a key role in helping our clients build, transform, and mature their Application Managed Services capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Design and evolve Application Managed Services operating models.Define service frameworks covering Application Maintenance (AM) and Application Development (AD).Design end-to-end application support, maintenance,



enhancement, and development services.Define governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs and reporting structures.Support service transition and transformation initiatives.Promote Agile, DevOps and modern engineering practices.
