We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join one of our clients' teams in Tenerife . What You’ll Do:

- Develop, implement, and manage advanced paid advertising strategies on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms

- Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and budget management to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across international markets

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging

- Analyze complex campaign data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

- Lead A/B testing and experimentation across ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and funnel stages

- Work cross-functionally with product, CRM, content, and analytics teams to align paid media strategies with business goals

- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and competitor activity

What We Expect:





- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

- Proven success managing significant budgets and delivering results in international markets

- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable strategies

- Experience with full-funnel marketing, CRO, and user journey optimization

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Independent, proactive mindset with ownership mentality

- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
