and update incidents in the ticketing system- Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams- Ensure timely resolution in line with SLA requirementsRequired Skills & Experience:- 1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT xqysrnh Support- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environment- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP)- Experience with Active Directory and user account management- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
