Focused mainly on innovation, we provide a unique customer relationship ecosystem and are currently looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team.Si le interesa solicitar este empleo, por favor, asegúrese de cumplir los siguientes requisitos que se enumeran a continuación.Main Responsibilities- Requirements Analysis.- Design and implement functional solutions in projects.- Provide effort estimations for projects.- Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to the fulfillment of project objectives.- Analyze and improve application performance.- Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.- Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements.- Comply with the agreed software quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management.- Generate functional documentation for completed projects.- Collaborate within Omega's community of practice by sharing knowledge.Requirements & Experience- +5 years of proven hands-on experience working in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.- Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions, working in coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Core Cloud Knowledge: Solid, proven experience working with different Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community).- Methodology: Strong experience working under Agile methodology frameworks.- Language Skills:



Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.Desirable / Value-Add Skills (Pluses)- Experience in Business or Process consulting is a plus.- Experience or exposure to other Salesforce ecosystem Clouds is highly welcome.WHAT DO WE OFFER- Permanent contract.- Flexible Schedule.
