The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. We're looking for a Treasury Capital Manager to support key treasury activities, focusing on ICAAP reporting and capital allocation as we expand our features and footprint.

You'll be assessing capital and managing market risks, like FX, interest rates, and credit.



You'll also own various treasury procedures and collaborate with our tech teams to make necessary enhancements to reporting processes. Up to shape what's next in finance? 6+ years of experience in treasury management, focusing on capital management in a financial institution or fintech Knowledge of capital risk and treasury concepts A solid understanding of European banking regulations (CRR/Delegated Act, etc.) Expert analytical skills with the ability to explain decisions to senior management Fluency in English Knowledge of accounting standards Fluency in French A CFA, ACCA/ACA, and/or CertBALM qualification Building a general financial super app isn't enough.
