You will be the person in charge of mold management in contact with customer, R&D;, project, purchasing, quality,



plants and supplier to reach product expectations following the most up- to- date techniques in a constantly evolving environment.Your responsibilities:

For mold manufacturing, support and guide the part design engineers/customer in defining the plastic components designDefine Valeo generic requirement file and specifications of molds for moldmaker suppliers nominationCheck the mold design made by mold suppliers: to launch the steel & machining orderCheck mold building & tuning conformity before transferCheck injection process set-up and tuning conformity before transferSupport valeo plant or injection suppliers to set-up, tune, and validate injection process and mold before serial productionDesired skills and experience:

Experience in mold development or/and injection processEngineering degree.Oriented results to reach development expectationsAbility to work in a team spirit with other networks (R&D;, purchasing, project, quality…)Ability to work in multicultural environment (europe, india, china…)Availability for trip (+/- 15% of time) in moldmaker plants and injection plantsInterest in mold/injection process technologies and technology watch / innovationPassion for the automotive industryEnglish level B2 is mandatoryJob:
