We are looking for a CFO for a multinational industrial company , a global leader in electrical and digital infrastructure solutions, present in more than 30 countries with thousands of professionals across Europe.This is a high-visibility, strategic position with full financial responsibility for Spain and Portugal, at a key moment of leadership transition and post-acquisition integration.The roleAs CFO Iberia, you will act as the primary financial advisor to the Managing Director, sitting on both country Executive Committees. You will lead a stable, well-established team, taking over from the current finance leadership as part of a planned succession.Key responsibilities:Lead financial planning, budgeting (including the annual Budget presentation) and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (P&L;, balance sheet, KPIs) for Spain and Portugal.Act as a strategic business partner to the Managing Director and business teams, providing insight to support decision-making (pricing, investments, operational efficiency, digital transformation).Oversee accounting, financial control, internal control, treasury and tax, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local ES/PT regulations and Group standards.Lead the financial integration of a recently acquired subsidiary in Portugal.Manage internal/external audits and relationships with regulators, banks and tax authorities.Drive the development and standardization of KPIs,



dashboards and industrial control processes.Lead and develop a senior finance team through a period of generational renewal.Your profileMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; a professional accounting qualification is a plus.18+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in industrial, multi-site or multinational environments.Strong track record in business partnering, industrial cost control, financial planning, controlling and project finance.Solid knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.Proven experience leading teams and managing organizational change.Experience with post-acquisition (M&A;) integration is a plus.Fluent English and French required .
