using feedback to keep students supported and set up to succeed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Development, or a related discipline.Required Skills1-3 years of experience in student experience, student affairs, residential education, programme leadership, community building, or events management.Strong organisational skills, managing documentation, trackers, logistics, and operational processes, while staying calm under pressure with a dynamic workload.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an understanding of the challenges international students face adjusting to new environments.Willingness to travel and live across Shanghai, Dubai, and Madrid throughout the academic year, with prior experience living or working in China, Spain, UAE, or a comparable environment.Preferred SkillsExperience supporting multicultural or internationally distributed programmes.Familiarity with student conduct processes and behavioural intervention frameworks.
