Operational Leadership & Quality StandardsOversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and brand quality standards.
Team Leadership & Seasonal ContinuityRecruit, train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure skill development and consistent performance.
Develop team culture built on respect, cooperation, and pride in work, supporting strong seasonal return rates.
Lead daily briefings, allocate duties, monitor task execution, and support supervisors in shift coordination.
Productivity & Resource OptimizationPlan staffing levels and work schedules in alignment with occupancy forecasts and operational demands.
Implement productivity tracking and workflow efficiency measures.
Ensure correct use, care, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools.
Inventory,



Supplies & Cost ControlOversee inventory levels of linen, amenities, cleaning materials, and equipment.
Ensure correct handling and cost-effective use of chemicals and supplies.
Coordinate procurement needs with the Purchasing department and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
Guest Experience & Service RecoveryRespond to guest requests, preferences, and housekeeping-related concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Ensure timely resolution of service recovery situations and communicate follow-up to relevant teams.
Support personalization efforts by coordinating with Guest Relations and Front Office.
Cross-Department CoordinationWork closely with Front Office for accurate room status updates and readiness planning.
Coordinate with Maintenance for repair needs and follow-up on deficiencies.
Participate in Rooms Division operational planning and performance reviews.
AccountabilityFully accountable for the Housekeeping function’s operational, quality, guest satisfaction, and cost performance.
Responsible for maintaining a professional team culture and ensuring consistent delivery of cleanliness and presentation standards.
Acts as key leader in guest room readiness and overall guest comfort.
About you¿
You have proven experience in a senior Housekeeping leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort. You are a passionate and hands-on leader who knows how to inspire, develop, and engage multicultural teams while maintaining consistently high service standards. With strong operational knowledge of Housekeeping, including quality assurance, health and safety, inventory control, and productivity planning, you are confident managing day-to-day operations and driving efficiency.
