We are looking for an experienced Business Architect to support our client within their Operations domain.

In this strategic role, you will bridge the gap between business vision, technology and strategy, with a particular focus on the impact of technological evolution within sorting operations.

You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to explore future scenarios, assess their impact and translate strategic ambitions into clear Enterprise Architecture models and visualisations.

Your Responsibilities

As Business Architect, you will:

- Facilitate, review and further develop business and operations strategy using Enterprise Architecture methodologies
- Analyse technological evolutions and translate them into relevant impact and future-state scenarios
- Create clear architectural models and visualisations to support strategic decision-making
- Support and challenge executive and C-level stakeholders throughout the decision-making process
- Translate business vision, ambitions and requirements into pragmatic architectural recommendations
- Develop architectural standards and governance models aligned with the enterprise and operations strategy
- Work closely with business directors, product teams, IT and digital leadership
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, reviews and cross-functional discussions
- Take a hands-on approach in developing deliverables and facilitating discussions
- Quickly understand complex and unfamiliar domains,

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines strong Enterprise Architecture expertise with excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

You have:

- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, including experience working at C-level
- Proven experience advising and challenging C-level executives
- Experience introducing new approaches or methodologies at director and executive level
- Experience facilitating discussions in complex or unfamiliar expert domains
- A hands-on mindset and the ability to personally develop architectural deliverables
- Experience within a logistics, supply chain and/or industrial environment
- Strong experience translating complex business and technology challenges into clear strategic scenarios
