2-4+ years of experience in Data Quality Analysis, preferably within the banking/financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of Data Quality and Data Governance
- Mandatory experience in KYC and Financial Security domains
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Strong SQL / Oracle SQL skills
- Experience with data quality controls, KPIs, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data quality issues
- Experience with data certification and data documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Change Management
