Essential Skills:
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules
- Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case Management
- Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
- Strong experience with Flow Designer, workflows, and automation
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
