We are seeking a Junior Middleware Operations Analyst to join our Middleware Operations team. You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting middleware platforms, troubleshooting production incidents, coordinating deployments and ensuring the availability and stability of integrated applications.
This is a hands-on operations role suited to someone with experience in middleware, application support, integration technologies and production monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production systems, interfaces and messaging traffic.
- Identify, investigate and resolve middleware and integration incidents.
- Perform initial technical troubleshooting and coordinate issues through to closure.
- Monitor and support IBM MQ, IBM ACE, Kafka and API-based integrations.
- Support application deployments, infrastructure changes and production releases.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, functional and external teams.
- Analyse recurring incidents and contribute to problem-management activities.
- Provide operational support during development and testing phases.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures and operational runbooks.
- Support extended business hours and participate in an on-call rotation for critical systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve monitoring,
automation and operational processes.
- Contribute to a DevOps-focused operational environment.

Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Middleware Support, Application Support or Integration Operations.
- Good understanding of middleware and enterprise integration environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of incidents.
- Customer-focused, proactive and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a structured operational environment.
- Willingness to support evening/weekend activities and on-call duties.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- French or Dutch + English language proficiency is required.
Adecuado Candidate
A good candidate would typically come from a Middleware Support Engineer, Application Support Engineer, Integration Support Engineer, Production Support Analyst or Middleware Operations Analyst background, with hands-on experience supporting production integration environments.
