Role Description The Human Resources Manager at FLYX Cloud will oversee HR operations and people practices in our Brussels office in a part-time (half-time), on-site capacity. In this role, the individual will manage recruitment processes, onboarding, payroll and employee lifecycle activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, coordinating performance reviews, and supporting learning and development initiatives.



The Human Resources Manager will also ensure compliance with local labor laws, maintain accurate HR records, and collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, culture-building, and engagement activities.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations and administration skills, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and benefits coordination.
- Experience in talent acquisition, including job profiling, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices in Belgium or the EU.
- Ability to develop and support training, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in technology or SaaS environments is beneficial, as well as familiarity with modern tools.
- Language : French & English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
