The project:

Our client in the Insurance sector, is seeking an experienced Transformation Lead – Employee Benefits / Pensions.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide senior Pension and Employee Benefits expertise to assess and improve existing pension plans.
- Analyse pension plans, business rules and requirements and determine how they can be supported by the existing and target systems.
- Translate complex Pension and Life Insurance requirements into functional and system components.
- Perform and support data modelling and system mapping activities.
- Lead transformation activities related to the new version of UL3.
- Coordinate and support the Talk upgrade.
- Drive the implementation of system upgrades from analysis through delivery.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, pension products, data models and IT solutions.
- Identify functional gaps, dependencies and potential impacts of the transformation.
- Collaborate closely with business experts, functional analysts, IT teams and other programme stakeholders.




- Support decision-making and provide recommendations throughout the transformation programme.

Is this you?

- 5+ years of experience in Pensions / Employee Benefits – Senior level.
- 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance.
- 5+ years of experience as a Transformation Lead or in a comparable senior transformation role.
- Strong understanding of pension plans, group insurance and Employee Benefits products and processes.
- Strong analytical and functional-analysis skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into system components and functional solutions.
- Good knowledge of data modelling.
- Experience with complex system transformations, migrations or platform upgrades.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business, product and IT teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Experience with UL3 and/or Talk would be a strong asset.
