We are looking for Supply Chain & ERP Transformation Specialist to support business process improvement and the implementation of a new SAP S/4HANA-based ERP platform. You will work closely with Supply Chain management and key project stakeholders to analyse, conceptualise and optimise end-to-end processes. The role combines Supply Chain expertise with business analysis and ERP transformation experience, supporting the organisation throughout process design, implementation and adoption.

- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, project teams and external implementation partners.
- Develop and maintain process models, including swimlane diagrams, process flows and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate and support testing activities, issue follow-up and validation of proposed solutions.
- Monitor Supply Chain performance indicators and translate findings into actionable improvement initiatives.
- Support stakeholder alignment, communication and adoption throughout the transformation programme.

What we expect from you:

- Degree in Supply Chain or other related field with about 10 years of relevant Supply Chain and transformation experience.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain business analysis,



process improvement and ERP transformation, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, and related operational processes, with experience using KPIs to drive performance.
- Experience in project management, process modelling.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
