For this family-owned group, we are currently looking for a Finance Manager to act support the company’s CFO.

In this fast-growing company, you will join a tight-knit, stable team. Your role spans accounting, budgeting, controlling, encompassing all finance-related tasks and responsibilities.

The job is based in Kasterlee.

Finance Manager – The Role

- Support the accounting team through month- and year-end closings
- Create yearly budgets, track and explain potential variances
- Project-based controlling for individual projects, to ensure their financial viability
- Act as a point of contact during audits
- Help in the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools

Finance Manager – About You

- You have graduated with a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in a relevant field (accounting, finance, business engineering..)




- You have 3 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
- You are fluent in Dutch & English
