What you'll do

- Set up and operate CNC turning machines (lathes)
- Work on custom-made and small to medium-sized production runs
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs
- Select and adjust tooling, cutting speeds, and machining parameters
- Perform quality checks and precision measurements
- Produce high-quality components with strict tolerances
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues in a skilled production team

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a CNC Turner or CNC Lathe Operator
- Experience with ISO programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of turning processes and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good command of English (minimum A2 level)
- Motivation to build a long-term career in Belgium
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
