Mission context

Our client is seeking a Temporary Leasing Officer to join our B2B Onboarding Leasing team. In this role, you will replace a colleague and directly address inquiries from our end customers regarding their leasing/renting contracts especially on the topic total loss and inquiry for documents regarding the leasing/renting..

Additionally, you will support the back-office team with daily operational tasks..Contacts with clients are partly done through inbound calls and mails.

Telework

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Language requirements

Dutch : Good knowledge understanding, writing and speaking

French : Good knowledge understanding, writing and speaking

English : Good knowledge understanding, writing and speaking

Education

Bachelor or equivalent by experience

Required experience / knowledge

• Technical experience

• Experience with Miles and/or AS400 is a significant advantage.

• Business experience

• Knowledge of car leasing/renting.

• Strong communication skills and a customer oriented mindset.

• Problem-solving abilities.
