Requirements:

- Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
- Proven experience in project management, PMO support or transversal coordination roles, preferably in a complex corporate, energy or regulated environment.
- Strong ability to structure work, define planning, follow up actions, manage dependencies and create transparency on progress, risks, issues and decisions.
- Experience with product-oriented ways of working is considered an asset, with the ability to apply practices aligned with the product way of working and the Product Operating Model.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across business, operational, regulatory, procurement, IT, security and architecture stakeholders.
- Comfortable supporting both internal Client alignments and external stakeholder interactions on the downward procurement product.
- Basic familiarity and experience in projects with IT delivery, governance, architecture, cyber/security or connectivity is a plus,



given the role's link to the IT incentive and internal IT governance workstream.
- Able to turn complex business, product and IT challenges into clear governance steps, decision material, meeting prep and management reporting.
- Well organized, punctual and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up.
- Proactive, autonomous and impact-driven, with a knack for prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Assertive when needed, while staying diplomatic and collaborative.
- Team player, at ease within multidisciplinary teams.
- Affinity with electricity markets, balancing products, flexibility services or the energy sector is a strong asset.
- Master's degree in engineering, economics, business administration or equivalent by experience.
- Prior exposure to Energy Sector or its internal governance, project or product management practices is a plus.
