The project:

Our client in the Financial sector, is seeking an experienced Program Manager – International Expansion & Integration.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic and operational integration of acquisitions and new partnerships.
- Define, structure and execute the overall program roadmap.
- Proactively monitor progress, identify issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines.
- Manage key program deliverables, including business requirements, customer journeys, roadmaps and SteerCo presentations.
- Identify, coordinate and manage dependencies across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Establish effective program governance and provide clear executive-level reporting.
- Report directly to the Director of the Transformation Office.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interfaces across Insurance, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Business and IT.
- Build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant French and European regulatory requirements, including GDPR and applicable sector-specific regulations.
- Identify and anticipate legal, operational and reputational risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Monitor and analyse financial and operational performance through dashboards, KPIs and modelling.
- Drive decision-making, prioritisation and issue resolution in a complex and demanding environment.

Is this you?

Required Experience & Expertise

- 10+ years of experience in Senior Program Management, Transformation or a comparable leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex and transversal transformation programmes.
- Strong experience with acquisition integration, post-merger integration,



strategic partnerships or comparable integration programmes is highly valued.
- Experience within Insurance or Financial Services is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong expertise in program governance, roadmap management, risk management and executive reporting.
- Experience managing programs involving significant regulatory, compliance and operational requirements.
- Strong ability to analyse financial and operational data, dashboards and performance indicators.
- Good command of project and program management methodologies such as Agile, Lean and PRINCE2.
- Practical knowledge of tools such as Jira, MS Project and Power BI.

- Strong results orientation and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Ability to perform under pressure and operate successfully in a complex and highly regulated environment.
- Strong ability to identify problems, challenge assumptions and drive decisions.

Education

- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Business School, Engineering degree or equivalent Master’s degree.

Languages

- French: Fluent – main working language.
- English: Professional proficiency.
- Dutch: An asset.
