Job Description

For an international company operating in a highly regulated environment, we are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join the central Cloud Platforms team.

- In this role, you will help design, build, automate and support cloud platforms used by various business and IT teams within the organization. You will find yourself in an environment where security, scalability, compliance and automation are central.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage cloud infrastructure according to Infrastructure as Code principles.

• Develop and support Azure platform services.

• Developing reusable platform components, automation solutions and reference architectures.

• Support onboarding of application and workload teams on the cloud platform.

• Managing and optimizing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.

• Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies and deployment workflows.

• Implementing cloud security controls and governance standards.

• Collaborate with architects, development teams, data teams and external partners.

• Drafting and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer or DevOps Engineer.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.





• Extensive knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience with Kubernetes, preferably AKS.

• Good knowledge of cloud networking (VNETs, Private Endpoints, DNS, Load Balancers, NSGs, Firewalls).

• Experience with GitHub and CI/CD environments.

• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management and monitoring.

• Experience within enterprise environments.
