Senior Director of Product Design leads the platform and design system that underpins all Dow Jones B2B products, including Factiva, Risk u0026amp; Compliance, Geopolitical Risk, and News

Wires.

You’ll sculpt the platform’s look, feel, and behavior and shepherd it as a product with a real adoption roadmap.

You’ll mentor a senior design team and partner with product, engineering, and research to align on what ships and why.

The role emphasizes coherence across a historically fragmented product suite and a cross-functional, outcomes-driven approach.

• Treat the design system as a product with roadmap, adoption metrics, governance, and ongoing improvements

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of product design experience
• 7+ years in senior leadership
• deep experience building and governing design systems and platforms with measurable uptake
• executive presence with C-level stakeholders
• strategic partnership with product and engineering leadership
• hiring and coaching instincts with input into talent strategy
• experience in B2B at enterprise scale (media, publishing, or enterprise tech)
